New Patients: What to Expect at Your First Visit

Your first chiropractic visit is focused on understanding your symptoms, identifying the underlying cause of your pain, and determining the most appropriate course of care for your body and lifestyle.

1. Consultation & History Review – We’ll begin with a detailed discussion of your symptoms, medical history, daily activities, and goals. This is followed by orthopedic and movement-based testing to assess range of motion, joint function, muscle balance, and areas of restriction or irritation.

2. Diagnosis & Examination – Based on your findings, care may include chiropractic adjustments, manual therapy, and supportive treatments such as heat therapy or electrical stimulation when appropriate. Treatment is always individualized and designed to address your specific needs while supporting long-term movement and recovery.
